Developing the Next C-Suite Leaders

In 2024, the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute (GDI) launched the first ever GDI Impact Leadership Programme (ILP), developed in collaboration with IGDS. The programme, tailored specifically for department store executives, was a resounding success, addressing the unique challenges and complexities of the retail industry.

The registrations for the next edition, sheduled to begin in March 2025, will open soon. The programme aims to bring together department store leaders from around the world who possess the potential to take on greater leadership responsibility at C-level in the near future.

Key Objective
To develop and prepare your next C-Level executives for their new roles.

Learning Outcomes
The ILP will explore the power of the three impact leadership levels as follows:

  • WHY does our department store industry need to transform?
  • WHAT do we need to do to stay agile?
