Format
The format of the courses is fully online and remote, whereby learners log in and access course materials on an ongoing basis, via the online Truth platform. The courses incorporate compelling global case studies to bring to life strategies and theories. Modules consist of online content including theory, practical examples, videos, podcasts, case studies, templates and other downloads. Modules become available on completion of the previous module, together with a quiz at the end of each module and a final assignment at the end of the course.

Enrolment Fees
The enrolment fees are US $299 (Customer Data Course) / US $490 (Loyalty Program Course) per person.
Upon registering below, you will receive a confirmation email and a pay link for the enrolment fee. Please note that course login and password details to commence the course can only be provided once IGDS receives the fees.

Certificate
Participants will receive an official certificate upon successful completion of all modules.
