IGDS will celebrate the 3rd Retail Employees' Day (RED) Worldwide on 12th November and 12th December 2024.
The Retail Employees' Day is a global initiative for department stores organised by IGDS to honor and appreciate sales associates and frontline workers for their exceptional contributions to the retail sector.
Conducted for the second time last year, RED campaigns were a resounding success, uplifting the workforce of participating stores, including the customers and entire store organisation. The festivities were conducted in two phases based on valuable feedback received from members, in order to encourage greater participation and engagement from members across the world.
For 2024, the proposed dates for celebrating Retail Employees' Day are 12th November and 12th December.
