Galeria and sporting goods retailer Decathlon have agreed to a collaboration and will present its product range in several Galeria stores. The project will kick off in August 2025 with the opening of a Decathlon store in Galeria Konstanz. Additional stores will follow in Duisburg, Freiburg, Trier, and Kassel by the end of the year. The sales areas will cover between 1,500 and 3,500m².  Following a successful test phase, Decathlon plans to expand its concept to other Galeria stores. For Galeria, the cooperation represents a strategic step to tap into new target groups and expand its product range. For Decathlon, the cooperation is an opportunity to expand its presence in German city centres.
