After 22 months of renovation, the new Globus Bellevue (Zurich) just reopened. Customers will find a new range of restaurants and delicacies on two floors. The interior is more elegant and sophisticated, and the upper floor more spacious. On the ground floor there are various food stands for lunch and dinner.

The seven different gastro concepts include dishes from Italian, oriental and Asian cuisine. The Zurich brand Poushe serves sweet and savoury strudel over the counter. Lavish dessert creations and French croissants in sweet and savory versions are available at Maison Desplanches, the Zurich branch of the traditional bakery from Geneva.

As before, the Globus Delicatessa is located in the basement. Customers choose from around 150 different varieties at the cheese counter or seek advice from the sommelier in the champagne and wine cellar. An open counter for meat and fish as well as homemade pasta and a small flower market are also part of the offering. Truffles get their own niche. There is also a large selection of panettone - a new variety with mango filling is said to be dedicated to the new owner family from Thailand.
